I usually leave promotional/publicity things regarding my writing to my Facebook page, but this one I will post here. Portland Review published some translations Taeyoung and I did at their blog page. The translations are from poems written by the 13th century Korean monk, Hyesim. The translations begin at the October 8, 2011 post and carry on to the next page. Accompanying the translations are pictures that interpret/portray/suggest (etc.) what's going on in the poems. Having pictures, or, for that matter, any other artistic medium accompany my writing, is something I've always wanted to explore, so for me, this is a celebratory first.
